See INSTALL . error: I believe the dotconf package is intended for OLPC-2, and hence an error for i386 and x86_64. ummm, I am not quite sure which optional dependencies you are referring to? ibmtts, flite-devel and so on? I included the conditional build options for greater flexibility, and if you will advise me, I will remove them.
