And $ rpm -qip speech-dispatcher-XXXX.src.rpm shows what is happening. You can rewrite your spec file from $ rpmdev-newspec -t lib speech-dispatcher (/usr/bin/rpmdev-newspec is in rpmdevtools rpm), which should prevent from making such mistakes :) Also, please write all %description of subpackages before %prep section, which is the usually way to write spec files. - And perhaps to build this package dotconf header files are also needed. - I am asking why you "disable" "BuildRequires: flite-devel" and so on _by default_.
