I'm sure Ray's answer will be a richer one with the benefit of years
of industry experience, but as a newbie, I think I can safely tell you
not to worry too much about exceeding 120k.  The fact is that fantasy
is just as receptive to long works as the "literary genre."  If you
look at some of the longer works our there, you'll find them MUCH
longer than that.  If my math is right, The Wheel of Time books
average 286,632 EACH.

Write hard, write well and write as much as it takes is my advice!
