See my response to Michael. I've been drinking scotch longer than most people on this list have been out of diapers and "never" is nonsense. The Glenlivet (emphasis on The to differentiate it from other whiskeys made along the Livet river that are also called "Glenlivet of this/that/the other") is a pretty nice scotch. Glenfiddich is the most popular single malt scotch in the world with Glenlivet second and McCallan third. Any of which are a fight dram.
