It's called a 7-Jiu in China, if it's made with white whine. White wine and soda or seltzer is a "White wine spritzer" Red wine makes it a "Red Wine Cooler," and Pinot is an interesting choice, as among reds it's the one that most often stands in lieu of whites, i.e. with fowl or fish. Nothing wrong with it, just not my thing. Best, R.E.F. ---- www.crydee.com Never attribute to malice what can satisfactorily be explained away by stupidity.
