Seriously... Recently I’ve read Patrick Rothfuss (really enjoyable read, only 2/3 out thus far) and most of Brandon Sandersons work, the mistborn series is fantastic, and the first book of his new Stormlight Archives is also really good.
On a more random note, I read Enders Game a little while back, if you’re okay with a bit of scifi, that’s a really engaging read.
