I think he means it's going to be similar to MSG channel, in that it's a very localized sports network rather than a regional.
It's more YES (Yankees) or Altitude (Kroenke Sports, which includes Nuggets, Avalanche, Rapids, and Mammoth) than the Comcast Sports Nets or Fox Sports Nets that are out there.
