For example if you wanted Ray to write: "To Scott, the best Lister out there!"

Then Ray would sign your book for you that way! 

For me its enough that Ray signed it! :)

Thanks. As someone who never asked for or has ever received a signed copy
of a book, what do you mean about adding anything else and is there
something specific to each page?
