My dad installed a light switch downstairs that was attached to the
mains ring around our bedrooms... at bed time, he'd flip the switch
and we'd lose the TV and the Atari.

I wonder what my kids will have to do to control their kids' use of
electronics... :/

I never had that issue, no such thing as an Atari:) And when they played the National Anthem on the TV, and the little white dot appeared, most of the country went quiet! I wonder if we have really progressed with 24hour TV or should that say repeats <G>
