I thought croc tasted like chicken, but more fibrous - only had it once though. I've heard camel is good but tough - did you find that? Mike

The bbq was a bit tongue in cheek like the orange. I do love the prawns tho. Goat's pretty good. So's camel. Croc's'll eat anything, consequently they taste pretty bad. rip
