Just a bit more info.... I spoke to HC Melbourne office today re a replacement 
book. 

They said that they were 'hoping' to have the corrected version of the book in 
stores by this weekend. You just have to return the book and show your receipt 
for the corrected version. 

For what it's worth I was very impressed with their customer service. The 1st 
person I spoke to knew all about the issue and was very apologetic. She even 
offered to call me back on Monday to make sure I had no issues getting the new 
book!
