That and he did explain exactly how to adjust for the glitch during reading. I also bought a digital copy (kindle for PC read it on my laptop) and then a hardcover. I'm sure I'll be getting the paperback eventually as well.

Ray has been very forthcoming on this mistake. He's said he is sorry for what happened and never wanted something like this to occur. I bought 3 hard covers, one from the UK that I read and was able to make the adjustment in my mind and two from Galaxy that were signed (one for me and one for my brother). I'll end up buying the paperback and reading it again to see the corrected flow.
