Alot of the local sellers of your book asked customers last month to
bring the UK/Aus hardcover edition back in for an eventual hardcover
replacement once it had been reprinted. I just assumed the US was also
getting a reprint, until yesterday. I know I shouldn't assume, I
should have just asked here.
