Yes it is Pop3 and yes i believe it had webmail. Not sure on all the specifics of what happens when you download email. I was just not wanting to lose all my Feistfans emails

If its POP3 in Outlook you specifically have to turn off deleting emails. Still, a lot of places use IMAP these days, definitely worth having a look. Does it have webmail? Easiest way to check. But before the break in I was using Outlook, which, as far as I know, downloads it from the server. So from my, admittedly, limited knowledge, it would be gone from the email server.
