Well I think New Orleans took itself out of the running now. Can't see to sign books if the lights go out. Its off to Houston I guess. I like Mexican food anyway. For the record the blackouts are much more infrequent now than they were in the years right after Katrina. Still not fun when you live on the 12th floor of your building....
