Yes I happy to see that report. I pretty much follow it most days, my issue is 
getting enough oily fish! 

Weird thing is my dad was a ferocious reader, played card games and did a lot 
of driving, all great mental exercises. He also walked a lot.  When he passed 
his kidneys had stopped working but his heart just kept going for over 8 hours! 
 His thing was food, there was always a large bag of chips and a bag of 
chocolates near by everyday I knew him!

I was thinking about asking my Mom to teach me needlepoint or maybe its 
crochet, might help with the no smoking!

All of that is good.  One thing about the brain; it needs exercise too, and 
people who do creative things are constantly forging new neurons.  It's not 
always true, witness the unfortunate situation in which Terry Pratchett finds 
himself, but if you do crosswords, write, play an instrument, sculpt, do 
needlepoint, something that requires you to think in new patterns, it helps.
