It was a fitting end wasn't it :). I have read and re read the ending  3 - 4 
times now, I felt this great big hole develop when I finished it that took a 
long time to shake off I even resorted to  talking my misses ear off until she 
fell asleep and I never speak about my feelings Haha. I wish I had the answers 
to your questions posted below because I have the same questions, although I do 
have theories for all of the below. Fingers crossed Ray or someone who can 
clarify posts back...
