It looks like you don't have gnat installed (I had the same problem).
If you're on a Mac then you won't get gnat with the rest of gcc... you
need to instead download a binary from
http://www.macada.org/compiler.html. The "gcc-4.01" download seems to
work okay for me. On Linux or Windows gnat's probably just in a
separate package from the rest of gcc.
