Everything is accessible to webserver, modulo Unix permissions :)
Try:

        http://felix-lang.org/$/

The $ just switches the webserver root to the filesystem root.

I use this:

http://felix-lang.org/$/home/skaller/felix/build/release/fbuild.log

to monitor an offline build (nohup make build & \n Ctrl-D)
