No but you are asking to implement a solution without having a set
of options to consider.

The only way to consider the options is 

(a) to have a set of use cases generated from real code written
by different people

(b) have multiple people consider different options and their
impacts

i already tried a better solution that yours before and discarded it.
[It was better because it was purely a syntax extension, no changes
to the principles or compiler]

I'm not rejecting your solution by the way.
