No I'm not. You're missing the point. I cannot implement something that
isn't a complete algorithm. Its code. It has to handle all the cases.

If you want to "eagerise" an expression, you have to tell me what
to do for EVERY possible operator. 

The main one is of course just "apply", but there are 20 others.
