Mine have figured out its really nice to go under the sheet to sleep on the bedspread!  Its nice & quiet that way… oh well—it does give me the illusion that I’m somehow protecting the bedspread….

I tried covering the bedspreads with a sheet to keep the spread cleaner longer ... the furbabies made a mess of it, rumpling it up the best they could which was quite a bit!  Good idea though maybe with less busy cats.

May I suggest that when you need to replace bedspreads but large sheets
with a pattern. From a distance they look like a regular bedspread. They
are also a lot easier to wash. I picked this hint up from a neighbor of
mine that has 10 cats.
