It's indicative of a heart problem. If you want to try to treat it, you might want to take her to a veterinary cardiologist.  My cat Snowball died from a blood clot.  I had him on a lot of meds from a cardiologist, but I think his heart was in very bad shape by the time I took him there. He was not FeLV+, but he was FIV+.
