Actually, he had the most damage—I
had never seen him that frightened! Anyway, I give him 1 tablet of 10mg
about 3 hours before we go. I tried vet instructions of 1 ½ hours
but it worked better when he curled up and went to sleep before we went…
Now this is for fairly short vet visit and he just goes home & sleeps it
off. It also let me clip his nails—something we still haven’t
mastered…

cat is already positive. I was not aware that Snowball was positive, since all
his test came back normal, but once he was put under to be fixed, a week or so
later he bled to death, and I was informed that he was FeLV positive at that
point.

that using the anethesia, sometimes that will trigger the FeLV virus. That is
what happed to my Snowball.
