Kerry, I got my first 2 door carrier when I brought home a feral girl from the shelter who was in late stages of CRF. She had to get SQ fluids 2x a day and both oral and injectable meds. I would put some tuna or sardines (stinky stuff) in the carrier, sit next to it and quickly shut the door. Having access from the top was great for giving the fluids and meds. Also worked better when having to take her out for exams at vets. However, with Beauty, there was always the need for gloves! She was one feisty girl! Patti
