Do you give him CoQ10? It helps with gum problems.  I give it to my positives every morning mixed in baby food with other supplements.  Has the depo helped with it a lot?   I would really take Sebastian to a board-certified internist about his problems. I really would think all these symptoms could in fact come from being on depo for so long, but from what you say it sounds like he does better on it.
