Poor Fu doesn't want to eat - I think it's the constipation. The vet also thinks his intestinal cancer is probably no longer in remission, but he has been eating up to the time he became constipated. I just gave him a little Laxaire. He's back on Leukeran now and his 5 mg of pred had been increased to twice a day. Fu is also hyperthyroid and takes methimazole; he also gets fluids with potassium. I just failed with the fluids; he is so dehyrated that the needle went through and came out the other side - so I'll try again in a half hour. The "foozer" is a black and brown tabby cat with the cutest little mischievous face. He was a big boy but now he's down to 4 lbs 11 oz - which is up one ounce from last week. Thank heaven for small favors.
