Julie,     I'm so sorry to hear of "Mandy's" passing. At least she passed while at home in your arms instead of a cold shelter/Vet office. Her suffering is over now and she is at peace. You and your husband did what you could for her and made her life comfortable. She knows...she loved you for it. She is at the Rainbow Bridge playing with the others until the day comes to be with you again. My heart goes all out to the both of you. Your are in my thoughts and prayers. God only knows how much we all know what it is like to lose a kitty to this horrible disease. At least these kitties had a life with us instead of elsewhere when their future unpredictable.
