OT: Help ! ringworm in kittens

Hi, I noticed that there are some bald spots and flakey inside of ear on all of my four kittens and the mama’s nose as well…and I think they are ringworm – though they still have URIs that come and go and can’t get rid of (over several weeks now) for some reasons….   Any suggestions on treatment?  How worried should I be?
