bad vets

I knew a vet tech that worked with a crazy old man vet.  She told me horror stories about his temper.  If she hadn't been there to intercede... Twisting off puppy's tails by crushing them with hemostats and then twisting the ends until they popped off (kind of like how you twist the stem off an apple), and cutting out dew claws with scissors and gluing them shut with superglue were two of the things she did that I wonder if it was the "normal" way. That's why I'm NOT a vet tech now... I will NOT harm any more animals! Jenn
