Yep.  I understand Michelle’s position completely, which I am still very grateful of.   I have contacted a couple of attorneys who handled similar cases as mine to see if they will give me some advise.  But, I think my boyfriend pretty much knows all the points to argue so hopefully what I have is enough.  I talked to associate director of animal care center, and made some points of arguments.. and she thought I had a pretty good point.. but will see.

It's more like suggestions than advice, as this is not my area of expertise ad I am not licensed to practice in her state.  It is really just thoughts off the top of my head, and I hope that no one, especially Hideyo, takes it as more than that. But I think Hideyo understands that and is doing some research herself and consulting with lawyers with more substative or local court expertise.
