By the time I got him it was too late for the treatment. He was a rescue Siamese kitty. Think he was 16-20 years old. He had a rough life out on the streets after his owner died. He was willed to me but after a year on the streets. The new family realized he was suppose to come to me when the original owner died. They didn't want him because of his conditions and age.
