Hideyo,    On the Assisted Feeding list I'm on, they emphasis more than worrying about how many calories that you weight your kitty at least in the beginning and as long as he is maintaining his normal weight he is getting enough food.  Usually with AD they recommend starting with a can a day to start and once you know how his weight is doing you can go from there.  If he is at normal weight now and your just trying to maintain it and a can a day does that then that is enough.  If he loses weight or is below his normal weight on a can a day then you would want to increase it by about a 1/3 of a can at a time.  How old is Hannibal and what is his normal weight? Example Bailey weights normally between 10 and 11 pounds, but 10 is probably a normal weight for him, he was a bit chubby at 11.  He is maintaining a weight of about 9.8 and he is eating about 1 and 1/2 cans a day of ID, AD was too rich for him.  Calorie wise AD has about 20 more calories a can than ID.
