Licking various surfaces CAN be a sign of anemia (though it could also be nothing). Your vet should pull blood and do a full CBC, to be sure it's not something serious, and to confirm the anemia. Anemia can be treated with supplements to an extent, but FELV does lead to an end-stage form of anemia that only blood transfusions will help, and which is not curable. Definitely something you want to take the cat to your vet for, and get a CBC done. Your vet can advise on supplements and transfusions, if required.
