My Stinky had that. She ate all of the time but she just kept on losing weight. She passed away in February. I really don't know alot about malabsorption but poor Stinky really got so skinny. She was a big cat until then. Sinky wasn't felv+. I am so sorry your Twinkletoes passed away.
