i think it's really wonderful when vets acknowledge our loss......my vet is so wonderful that i keep wishing that there was something that i could do to show him how much i appreciate him..... last holiday season, i actually found a hallmark card for "our favorite vet," and i got him a tree ornament (an unbreakable cat one!)--i think i'll do that every year since sending flowers doesn't seem appropriate!(one of his clients last christmas sent him a $20 check, for him to use for any needy cat/client--he applied it to my balance, because he thought she'd approve of what i was doing....)i wonder what i'll do when he retires?????
