Hideyo, Kerry R and I think Tad and Gloria have used homemade oxygen carriers.  I remember Tad saying that you don't want to make the carrier "air tight".  Cover the carrier, put the hose from the oxygen tank in the front grate, but allow some ventilation.  Did you check the archives to see what has been discussed about it?  Is this for Ayumi?  I'm not sure what the level of oxygen should be.  Have you talked to your vet about this?
