And I'm thinking if they're being such pr*cks about giving you a copy of Dukee's records, they're going to do the very least thing required of them if you do ask.  Assuming you do push, and/or change vets and ask for the transfer of records, you probably need to be very explicit and tell them you want the records of all pets you have ever had there, living or deceased, transferred or copied.  (Oh, and if you do change vets, probably you need to ask the new ones up front about their policy on copies of records.)   Sorry this is such a hassle at this already bad time for you, Terrie.   Diane R.
