I just read on an herbalist's list serve that a very small amount of castor oil rubbed on feline acne is supposed to help.  But I would get it diagnosed, and remove plastic dishes if it is. Then, if you want to read the herbalist's recs on this, let me know and I will find the link.

If you suspect that's what she has, I'd treat it as acne.  If it doesn't
