Bless you for taking this little one in and giving her
the care she deserves.  She's a lucky girl to have
found you.  To spay/abort or not is a personal choice.
 You just have to do what you think is right for new
kitty.  I think either way, whatever kitties remain
will be loved and cared for now that you're in their
lives.  I don't have much advice on whether to
vaccinate now or later; whatever the vet thinks,
although if she's about to give birth, I personally
would wait for fear of hurting the babies or mom
having a reaction to the vaccine while pregnant. 
Especially since sometimes what seems like a feral
might just be an already-vaccinated, very scared, and
lost kitty.
