I think there is some confusion.  I'm not sure why you euthanized your cat.

Cats should never, ever be PTS just because of a positive FELV test,
especially not if it is an in-house SNAP test.

FELV is not cancer.  It is a virus.  There are cancers that FELV+ cats
are more likely to get than FELV- cats, but these cancers are
treatable.

Please do not PTS your other cats if they are FELV+.  I would
recommend getting a different vet.

I know how shocking a diagnosis can be, but unless a cat is actively
suffering there is no reason to rush to PTS.
