Do you warm them in a saucepan of water?

        Yes I warm them and check them with an IR thermometer to make 
sure they aren't too  hot but warm enough.  Fred grouches if they aren't 
warm enough.  I warm them to between 98 and 99 degrees, the IR 
thermometer is accurate to with +-5 degrees so I figure that is about 
right.  I try to get them about 98 that way they are no warmer than 103 
degrees.
