Last spring we had a table @ the Austin cat show as usual, and while there, I
purchased a new cat tree for a great price.
$225. sounds high, but this thing was hand made, very well hand made.
Very heavy base ( I could not even drag this thing) w/ 3 perches, 2 that were
semi circle & wrapped w/ a material that prevents kitty from falling off while
slumbering.
Like a "lip" kinda thing.
The 4 posts holding up the tree are all wrapped w/ sisal.
Anyway, I choose the black carpet w/ "faux" leopard carpet (had no idea THAT
idea could be found) that wrap the perches.
Kitties LOVE it.
They LOVE it soooo much, they found the man's business card in my wallet and
ordered 2 more.
Only he is out of black carpet so what does he use instead?
Purple........
Royal purple w/ leopard fur trim......
Just like a cat to pick THAT combination.......
I am going to have to watch their spending habits more closely........
