I think it's an enigma - but I feel that since a common cold is not
species-specific, I don't see how it couldn't be transmitted to cats with
such a compromised immune systems! I'm always careful not to kiss or cuddle,
even with healthy cats, although there's not much I can do about being with
them.

Subject: [Felvtalk] Can Humans Make FELV+ cats sick?

Just wondering if anyone knows if humans who are sick with a cold, the flu,
etc
can make a FELV+ cat sick.  Magic is currently still asymptomatic (other
than
her diagnosis).  I'm just wondering when we are sick if they are more
susceptible with their weakened immune system.

Thanks,
Stephanie
