I get the GNC vegetarian brand Coenzyme Q10 because it comes in powder form in capsules. I get the 100 mg, half per cat per day in food. Each cat , FIV/FeLV and heart patients, get 50mg daily. I still haven't been able to find probiotics in powder form, and am still opening up capsules every day. I use any good ones available at either Whole Foods or health food stores.

I take 100 mg daily; you said 30 mg for the cat. My cat, Lucky, has an enlarged heart and is constantly congested/sneezing. Antibiotics don't seem to help. Also, what pro-biotic do you give? I'm curious how you give it to the cat...mix in food? Lucky has spit up the Lysine when I mixed it in his food before.
