Try Friends of Animals they may be able to help. Another paper is
Associated Humane Societies. It's in Jersey but they have a paper
that publishes ill things about other states and countries.
Get a petition, you write down what he did and have people sign it
against him that he loss his practice or pay a fine. You have to
have facts. People do it to stop child sex effenders from moving in
and no destroy a park to build a apt complex (things like that).
This man shouldn't be practice if he has that kind of manner. I read
all these things about people who work in animal shelters and
things that they do to animal. (No ever place but there have been
some places like in NY). Anyway I just thought that may give poor
wobbly some peace. Gosh I still am mad that's all I have talked
about at my job today. And probably tommorrow.

What kind of petition? To whom and what should it say? It may be a good
idea!
An attorney has emailed me off list and he looked into the statute.
Basically, it looks like we could get a scary attorney letter to him, but he
wasn't out of line enough to lose his license. A lot is left to the vet's
judgment and since Wobbly was a stray, the importance of his/her life goes
down, unfortunately.
I think his suggestion to have my sister call the local news and try to get
them to do a story is a good idea.
I also called the state board and they are sending me a complaint form. I am
still waiting on HSNT to call back. That humane society is so large they
have a legal department so it seems they would have the best advise- a humane
organization with legal experts!
I'll let ya know what happens, but I have GOT to get on the road to Atlanta
now!
