That is just awful! I don't know how that can be legal??? It seems I've
heard that if an animal has rabies it shows up in 10 days. Your sister
has had the cat longer than that! She should have just taken the cat
and let them call the police! Of course, I'm sure they wouldn't have
been any help either...
we need a LAWYER on this list!!
