Hey Scott,
My kitten Chloe had the same type of swelling you describe. It was her lymph nodes and
they were so big and lumpy, I was afraid to scratch her under her chin. But after a
few weeks of the on/off interferon treatment, they went down and haven't gone back up.
I've read articles and heard on this list that interferon is an especially good
treatment for dealing with swollen lymph nodes.

The vet called a minute ago, and send that sometimes the lymph node swelling
is normal with FeLV, and not to worry about it and it should go back down.
She doesn't walk funny, just kind of slowly. But she walks in a straight
line and can "flatten" herself to fit under the edge of the bed.
Other than that sort of walking when I pick her up and put her away from her
bed, that's the only movement she does. Although, last night she was under
my bed when I went to sleep, but this morning she was lying by the bathroom
about 10 feet away. 99% of the time she pretty much just lies down and I
think is trying to recover.
I'm headed to the vet. I'll post any news if I have any.

Scott, pick her up and take her to bright light. If her pupils don't
contract, I would definitely speak with the vet. They will expand if they
are frightened but bright light should still cause them to constrict
somewhat. Have you noticed anything else? Is she swollen elsewhere or
walking funny?
