RE: OT-Petition for Max Penalty in Cat Shooting

The latest one to catch flack is the Make a Wish Foudation.  They apparently take the 
donations and give shoddy gifts or cut corners on granting this kids thier dying 
wishes so they can buy personal items.  Apparently thier were receipts from Victoria's 
Secret, Tiffany's, and some extravagant European vacation was taken by someone high up 
in the organization.  Crazy!
