My vet says that Bobby is part Siamese.  His coloring is champagne/cream and his eyes are slightly crossed.  They are not blue though.  He has (or had before he got so sick with anemia) a very loud cry also.  He doesn't talk so much anymore.

BTW, Bobby is not doing well at all.  I think I am going to have to PTS this week, possibly as soon as tomorrow.  He is not eating very much.  He is getting very thin and week.  He cannot jump very well anymore -- he seems to miss his target.  His little heart beats so fast constantly and he threw up all over my bed last night.  I was in the living room when he did it and I heard him cry.  I ignored him at first and then the second time he cried out I went to check on him.  I discovered the "throw up" on my bed.  I guess his little cries were an attempt to tell me to come to him and check on him.

I went to my mom's house yesterday and dug a hole in her backyard to bury Bobby in.  I want him to be buried there because she has a nice backyard (my backyard looks like hell) that she spends so much time in and she has no plans to move, whereas I am likely to move in the next couple of years.  Plus my mom probably has a dozen cats buried in her backyard (plus one dog, one turtle and a few rabbits), including Punky who just died from mouth cancer a few months ago.  Bobby will be buried a few of feet from Punky.  I feel good about him being buried there because he will have a lot of company.

I will keep you posted.

My Barney is far from Siamese, but I swear he must have the genes from somewhere!  He is orange and white with amber eyes, very un-Siamese like, but he has all the traits.  He is VERY persistent for attention and food.  He has a meow like I have never heard.  He's just very vocal and makes all sorts of noises that aren't necessarily "meows."  Sometimes it is a chirp-y bird noise, then a low gurgley growl, and even his normal meow kind of vibrates.  And loud...!  Just this morning I didn't get up to feed him b/c it's Saturday, but he is normally fed at about 7am during the week, so at about 7:15 his patience ran out and he started in on me.  Meowing, growling, chirping, climbing on me, chewing my hair, etc.  When I ignored him, he went in the living room and started clawing the couch which he NEVER does unless he wants something.  He is also very kissy and loves to clean people. &! nbsp;He jumps on counters when you are coming by and stretches his head up as far as he can because he wants you to kiss him.  After you do, he will grab your neck with his paws and proceed to wash your face!  I wonder if he can be a Siamese mix and just didn't get the coloring or blue eyes?  He is very long and lanky with the sharp pointy Siamese features....  by far the strangest cat I have ever had the pleasure of living with!
